I was really hoping that he would come out and say, "I have in my hand Justice Ginsburg's resignation. I am nominating Amy Coney Barrett to replace her. Oh - and I'm declaring a National Emergency to build the wall."

So I watched the water.
17 minutes past 11 POTUS came out and told us in three weeks a wall will be built or he will declare a national emergency… that would be on Feb. 14th.
