The deep state is not just an idea, it is a movement made of people. Are they manipulated to hate? Yes. But hate they do, and a lot of it is not "deep state" related, but based on their natural humanity.
Black Israelites and Indian "activists" hate. That's the bottom line.
Don't ask me to lay down and accept their hatred and "turn the other cheek" in the face of it. I don't believe the Constitution OR the Bible is a suicide pact. I will not allow my enemy to use my values against me, that is to mistake kindness for weakness.
