I read a little about this and apparently the Speaker of the House can control who enters and does not enter the House of Representatives chambers. But not the Capitol building itself.

That verminess is really cruisin for a bruisin.
Everything I heard and read today suggests that she can keep the President out of the House chambers.
But she can’t keep him out of the Capitol Building, nor can she keep him from speaking before the Senate.
The President can make hay out of the dumb beotch prefering to lock the doors to keep out elected officials, but opening all doors to illegals, caravans, criminals, terrorists and drug lords.
