Anyway, the key point is that if there are enough icky bugs found over the rock when it is turned over (remember Q said neither D or R, but bad guys / under duress (say, blackmail?) )...if enough of the government is implicated, it could threaten the whole system at once.
So what the DOJ / FBI officials are doing is the equivalent of a dead-man's switch on the information about everyone, if they go down.
So it looks like Q is waiting to peel off other groups of affected Swamp Dwellers / Congresscritters, before publicizing.
