Someone better challenge this-It is not constitutional and serves to disenfranchise the majority voters in that state who have voted for someone other than the National Popular Vote winner (Ie NewYork and California Picks).
Which makes all of us ask the question, how come their Federal funding hasn't been decreased? If the clinics are closing (and they are) then money is being concentrated into fewer clinics.
If they got $300 million tax dollars for 3,000 clinics, if they only have 2,000 clinics why are they still getting the $300 million? (made up numbers, just to explain)
Regardless, when they launder tax dollars to dems that will support them, as Q explained, why do they get any??
The House, Senate, and White House was ours for TWO YEARS! I'm very frustrated that we couldn't at least stop funding a "choice" to get pregnant and then kill the result.

Isn’t the electoral college in the Constitution? If so, a state law cannot override the Constitution without going through the amendment process.

I’ve got a thing to say. Nothing to do with your post Enigo54, but thanks for the use. Pastor Adrian Rogers (deceased) had an analogy about the Truth and how it can set you free.
He talked about how, back in the day, a circus elephant could be seen chained, by his back leg to a stake set in the ground less than 3 inches in depth. The elephant would stretch and move his leg side to side, but would never move past the point that the pressure would remove the stake and set him free.
It seems while the elephant was young, the stake was set in the ground very deep..the young elephant would do all he could to escape, struggle as he may, the chain on his back leg held fast. The stake could not be pulled from the ground. His truth became there was no use to struggle, the stake would not be removed.
Because of this false truth, the elephant could be contained with a small stake set in loose sand, and he would not attempt to escape.
The truth would have set him free.

I agree - and the 2 years of an R controlled House did very little - where’s the wall, where’s the ending of any $ for abortion? We’re better off without those 60, or whatever the number, of either blackmailed, bought and sold, weak sister or plain out traitor Republican Congressvermin.
The Dem controlled House is full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. Very little of what they vote on will even be taken up by the Senate, and if anything manages to pass both houses, Trump said he will not sign anything with abortion funding.
I'm so frustrated that my efforts to uncover steganography have all come up dry.
I'm sure there are steganographic messages or information contained in the pictures. I'm sure that some of the strings that Q dropped are passwords. I just haven't had the time to explore the cryptography.

These are quite similar to my thoughts. That Abortion law in NY has really got me upset. It seemed like we were gaining on defunding Planned Parenthood etc. And then this. Clearly Infanticide, and killing the baby who survives the abortion. Ok to sell body parts.
Truly Abominations. American cities will be burning again some day. NY area just made sure that they will be among the condemned. May God take his revenge on the guilty and protect the innocent. These people are not just sick - they are EVIL incarnate.
