It's been written about, blogged about, YouTube videos have been made about it and there have been entire books written about it, that have come and gone.
There is no special Q knowledge required to be familiar with the Deep State Coup.
Almost all of the writing done about the Deep State Coup has been taken place without reference to Q, and by many Q-agnostic, Q-ignorant or Q-denying authors and commentators.
In fact there were even some pretty big articles (like the Irish Times one below) that were written about the Deep State Coup before Q published his first drop.
By Dec. 2017 the Leftist Press was already writing articles attempting to debunk the widespread Deep State Coup theory being put out by the Conservative and right-wing media. (Q was still an obscure 4chan phenomena at that point, but the Deep State Coup was widely known.)
One could argue that the number of firings, resignations and retirements from the FBI and DOJ does constitute a partial cleanup of those organizations.Why haven’t we gone from incessantly just talking about this political scandal to actually doing something about it?
It is high time to clean out the FBI and DoJ, force them back to their original mandate, or disperse them.
But the main mechanism of the Deep State Coup has always been the illegitimate Mueller Investigation, and it continues apace today.
A serious reckoning with this obvious attempt to overthrow the elected President would feature arrests, trials and long jail sentences for the perpetrators: the Deep State and their aligned media co-conspirators.
We have not seen any sign of this, and anyone without deep "Q-faith" watching events has come to understand that we will never see this. (Susan Rice going to jail, for instance.)

The Deep State Coup, that everyone on the right has known about for almost two years, is still going strong. The Mueller Investigation, the main tool of the attempt to uninstall Donald J. Trump as President continues.
All of the retribution, the massive unsealing of indictments, the Marines going door to door and shipping Obama insiders off to Gitmo, in short The Q Narrative still hasn't materialized. What do you have to gloat about?
We were told to "Trust Sessions". Who has been indicted? Which Obama or Clinton associate faces jail time?
Because we know a whole lot of Trump associates are in jail, are going to jail, have finished their time in jail or are still threatened with going to jail.
Team Obama and the Clinton crime syndicate have the most to gloat about, not you Bagster.
They are getting away with their nefarious schemes, with their base criminality. The Clinton Foundation home base is quite secure. No Uranium One prosecutions. No RICO prosecutions. Chelsea Clinton is out giving speeches, Brennan in on CNN calling Trump a traitor, McCabe has a hot new book out. Impeachment hearings are ramping up. Mueller isn't finished.
