The previous Q of 1997 attempted to go after Bill himself first. They knew about Heidi Fleiss and arrested her but nothing came of it. They didn't go after her clientele which was the early years of pizza gate. This was their big mistake. They need to take them down piece by piece.

Wheels up I hope generally means god speed.
"Wheels up" vs god speed is interesting. Q used to be very religious.

“God speed” is used when sending troops out on a mission; “wheels up” more generally when an aircraft is in the midst of taking off — as, say, a B2 bomber might be.

Wheels up means, “we’re off” or “they’re off”. Refers to the fact that they retract the wheels of the plane immediately after take off. Godspeed is something you wish somebody, different intent.
