Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

And then the question you have to ask is: Did Bill Clinton go to the island? Because Epstein had an island that was not a good place, as I understand it. And I was never there. So you have to ask: Did Bill Clinton go to the island? That’s the question. If you find that out, you’re going to know a lot.

A case that cross state lines will go to a federal agency, i.e., the FBI. But, the warrants may have come from NYPD or other local agencies.
The FBI can invite anybody they want to their searches. Perhaps the NYPD person is a specialist at something that they need help with.

The guards did not check on him for three hours, officials said. The disclosures came as the guards and the warden at the jail were removed.
Anyone who’s ever worked with someone who’s Jewish will have heard it a lot.

Also none of the reports are plausible. Guards don’t fall asleep in maximum security prisons, at the same time all the cameras go out.
This shit is simply not true and nobody believes it.
