Cops get paid regardless. If I’m a NY cop, next time there’s a reported shooting, stabbing or heroin dealer run amuck at “Edenwald House in The Bronx” do you think I’m going to hurry to get to the scene?

If I was a billionaire, I would set up a fund to pay every single cop salary so they can walk off the job for a month including legal to keep them from being fired. Prolly have a goon squad to discourage scabs too

They won't go on strike for this, they would lose to much revenue. Now if Basio cracked down on something really important, like ticketfixing which lets cop get their friends and family off, well then yeah you will get a strike
