You are correct. Having worked at a concert venue in the past, I have observed the same thing (ladies using the gents’ room) on multiple occasions.
Amazing how a lady can enter the gent’s room and use the facilities … and she doesn’t get raped, or groped, or molested, or even subjected to excessively vulgar language …
