Prior to getting a CPAP I would wake up every 2 hours with an urgent need to pee. After getting the CPAP I sleep through the night with no problems.
I have no prostate issues and other than the CPAP didn’t make any other changes.

Prior to prostate surgery for cancer, i had the same urgent schedule to pee you mention...now I empty my bladder fully and rarely get up during the night.
I don’t doubt you - it’s just hard to wrap my head around low Oxygen levels causing a change in urination - of course, God did make a complex thing when He created us - everything seems to tie together one way or another.
