I’ve seen those but I think I’ve got a handle on it.
I wouldn’t care what it looks like though.

I was talking to a guy about his C-PAP machine, he was showing to a mutual friend and me. I asked him if that mask didn’t scare his wife in the middle of the night. He replied “It would scare her more to wake up and find me dead.”

True. I have horrible sleep apnea. If I sleep w/o my CPAP I snore, stop breathing and wake up more than 60 times an hour (sleep study showed that.)

I only finally went for asleep study some five years ago after ending up in the hospital with a mild heart attack and a racing heartbeat. Cardiologist examined my throat and told me to go get a sleep test before I ended up dead.

Best advice I ever got. I still have trouble now and then sleeping however the overwhelming majority of the time now I sleep well, get good restful deep sleep and am far more alert than I've been in decades. CPAP works.
