I miss those days myself. Now the new open ended loosely defined retroactive “modified exhaust” laws have ruined it all, can’t even sport glass packs on a classic vehicle that were installed back in the 70s when they were completely legal.

But to get back on topic, The gangsters were expanding their territories and commandeered our law abiding car club car wash hangouts. And we got these back using this technique. It made them so nervous and paranoid they went back home to their own hoods. They got tired of hitting the ground all the time thinking they were being shot at. lol
