My wife's uncle runs a big electrical contracting business in Gainesville, FL, home of the U of F gators. Their team colors are orange and blue. He's a big fan.
He spray paints all his tools, equipment, ladders, etc, in the two colors for the same reason. He has very little theft or pilfering from his shop, as well.
