Imo, that is a distinction without a difference. Commiescum revolutions can not be successful without the useful idiots in support, and that includes socialists.
Enemy is enemy. And that includes their support network.

I do seem to recall that Enemy Target Priorities went something like:
1 & 2 - Command/Control
3 (but not that much later) - Support aka Logistics
(That's just the Airdale viewpoint, though.)
