I am not really afraid of this except maybe for the economic impact it could have but yesterday it got a lot more real for me. My sister is an optometrist and works with a very large medical group spread over multiple counties in 2 states. She got word last night that a person testing positive for coronavirus showed up at one of their offices and now they are considering how to handle it including possibly shutting everything down for a month. That brought home to me the financial burden of this thing and it will be interesting to see how people end up planning for this.

Real life case.

Huge economic impact.

Psychological impact because now it is ..crap.....I may have it...and damn..did I just infect my whole family...and WOW..how will I pay my bills if the practice shuts down.

let alone what happens to those with underlying conditions that can’t fight off the virus like perhaps someone in their 20s.

We will see more and more of this as the economic impact spreads and tests finally become more available

......”That brought home to me ‘the financial burden’ of this thing and it will be interesting to see how people end up planning for this”.....

The various International Leaders and Financial Institutes here and around the world have all been holding meetings on curtailing the financial impact.....so should households.
