GA got 150 test kits vs. NY got 2. That makes no sense. GA must mean 150 individual tests. NY says a test kit has 800 tests. Somewhere along the line, GA got a portion of a whole kit, which also doesn’t make sense.
150 x 800 = 120,000
I don’t know except that Georgia was one of the first five states that was going to be able to do their own testing way back when, maybe they still had tests from that initial rollout?
Maybe because of Atlanta International Airport?
