Perhaps find a distraction from all of the news stories—a good book, movie, jigsaw or crossword puzzles. Focusing on every news update about the coronavirus is not healthy. Too much stress will depress your immune system. Do yourself a favor and take a break.

I can’t tell if you’re serious or sarcastic. If you look at the numbers it’s not panic it’s real. Are you suggesting people to bury their head in the sands and pretend this is all fake news, and it’s just the flu? I’d think seeing you’re in the medical field, someone in your position should be taking this way more serious than the laize faire attitude I’m getting from your replies.
