I don't really eat all that much salty stuff. Not that I watch the sodium, or shy away from it. Sometimes some salty pretzels are just the ticket. And we can't forget the bacon. Love bacon. My last blood test, the doc was shocked. sodium levels were -his words - perfect.🤷‍♂️
