Massive testing in Iceland shows that many infected show no symptoms or mild symptoms. Those don’t get factored into the denominator in the US mortality calculations or in the calculations of most other countries.
Link? How did they manage to do massive testing, when testing is just now becoming widely available?
Also, that’s a very genetically homogenous population.
