This is my latest plot. The equation is the Gompertz function. The good news is that growth in the US is no longer exponential. The bad news is that we have not yet hit peak daily cases or death.

If it wasn’t exponential, wouldn’t the line be flat on a log graph (slope = 0). It just means our various measures, including those eeeeeeeeevil HCQ treatments, are decreasing the actual exponent, which is better ‘n’ nuttin’.

(BTW, I love how the recoveries are currently outpacing deaths.)
