Sorry, I’m not making it up. Look at the image in post 75 up thread. That image was taken at about the time of the first shot. You will see that the son (his one leg and foot) is halfway still to the left of the truck while the rest of him is on the left part of the front of the truck. That was his location at the instant that Arbery assaulted him in the attempt to take the shotgun away. The FACT described in the preceding sentence will be verified at trial by one or more expert witness taking the speed of light and the speed of sound into consideration VERY precisely.
So, no, at the instant of first physical contact the son was NOT moving to the left it AVERY was after making his sudden left turn.

You might agree, but from my perspective, this was certainly not the actions of an innocent jogger. Again, if someone armed pulls up and directs me to put my hands up, and or tells me they're placing me under citizens arrest, the very last thing I would ever do is run 20 feet at them and attempt to disarm them.
Those are not the actions of a normal innocent person out for a jog.

Experts will be able to tell whether it has been edited. It certainly doesn’t appear edited to me. What do you find suspicious about it?
Apparently, he was previously on parole for a violent crime for 5 years. Probably nothing we should concern ourselves with.
How would know it hasn’t been edited. Too many examples in recent years of video that looks one way but turns out to be something else. You don’t find it odd that video just now turning up? Way too may unanswered questions here.

I’d guess his purpose was self-preservation. If I’m walking or jogging and some stranger points a shotgun at me, I’m going to assume his purpose is to rob me or kill me.

As someone who has jogged, run, and walked most of my life i have seen any number of outfits people wear doing that including Blue Jean shorts. If that is your key evidence that doesn’t fly. For all you know the guy was a long distance runner. You been watching reruns of “Car 54”?
