It seems that, where allowed, these would be countywide voting centers. So, as long as one lives in the county where the NBA arena is situated, a citizen could vote at the taxpayer funded NBA arena.
Probably better that they don’t.
It is a very good thing that they don’t vote. I praise them for not cancelling out the votes of informed voters like myself. I have never understood why anybody should be concerned about low voter turn out. If you are uninformed and don’t care it is good not to vote.
