It seems that, where allowed, these would be countywide voting centers. So, as long as one lives in the county where the NBA arena is situated, a citizen could vote at the taxpayer funded NBA arena.
Probably better that they don’t.
It is a very good thing that they don’t vote. I praise them for not cancelling out the votes of informed voters like myself. I have never understood why anybody should be concerned about low voter turn out. If you are uninformed and don’t care it is good not to vote.

We’ve already had enough push to vote in the NFL and a local “organizing” group registering high school kids in certain districts.
Not everyone should be voting anyway. I wonder how many are barred due to prior criminal offenses?
