For sure. A few diners could be seen actually smiling pleasantly and the rest were non-plussed.
I figure the diners are themselves streeters, sponsors, or easily could have kids engaged in the interruption.

Once again, diners are being assaulted and none picked up even a butter knife to protect themselves.
Possible, but they can only have limited numbers inside dining probably 25 percent so if you want to eat out you might have to eat outside. Don’t know what they’re going to do when it gets cold.
