Everyone can eat inside again when the coronavirus goes away the first week of November, before it gets real cold.

Doubtful. I am thinking they will lock us down again mid-October, just when eating outside starts to become uncomfortable. They will say the Covid numbers are increasing just as people start getting colds and people who have allergy problems from falling leaves start coughing and sneezing.
Also, by this time, schoolkids will be getting respiratory problems, strep, and sinus infections from all the hours spent in masks.
The election won’t be decided in Nov. because the media will decide it can’t be decided.
Covid deader than it is now before the end of Sept. Your stae may lock you down, but for even less reason than the first time. The only covid science left is political science.
