I am going to miss baseball, the other sports, not so much.
I was enjoying a meatball grinder at a local Italian deli, and the baseball game was on the TV. Daytime. Good. Astros against A's in Dodger Stadium. Weird. Home Run shot into empty bleachers during what they call playoffs. Unsettling.

First time I really felt ‘old’ was when they were doing VScully final lap.
I was a teen when he broke in and they started talking about him like he was the original sportscaster at the Christians vs the Lions.
BTW the general thought was there was no way he could replace Red Barber
