At some point couldn’t all of this crime-o-crat collaboration be considered as a RICO violation? This definitely reeks of organized criminal activity of the highest order.

Just before they were censored, War Room had a guest on discussing the “Watermarked Ballot” rumor that the 2018 CISA supposedly enabled.
As in, DHS/CISA have a secret watermark on legal ballots that nobody knew about. Including cheaters.
