Moreover, any 10 day delay for the Cruz Commission (if it happens) will largely be so the SLs can retroactively certify.

I was thinking this, that Mexico is being a friend to Trump.
They have been great at stopping illegal immigration.
I think they got together over the trade deal and became friends. Mexico saw what Trump could do and that it would be great for Mexico.
