I got the same message. So next best step, I locked my tweets and haven’t posted since.I will keep attempting to deactivate.

I was getting the Same Messages as well. So I went to my IMac and was able to do it there. However, I may have to do it again since i selected the icon on my ipad thinking it wold not work and got a welcome back message.

Deactivate your account on your computer via the “more” choice, then “deactivate account”. Press and hold on the apps on iPad & iPhone and select the red “Delete App”.

I did exactly that just last night. Felt good.

Been using Parler this morning and I can definitely get used to it as my new home (outside FR). Finding a lot of my favorite Twitter people there.

Same thing happened to me in 2009 with mypace.

I transferred account to a temporary email, wiped my content, changed name and profile pic to pornograhic level of inappropriatness, lit the boat on fire and pushed it out to sea.

Do something similar and post a bunch of anti-Biden content that they are censoring.

I don't do social media, I have facebook because I signed up when they were brand new and was curious what they were about and decided it wasn't for me. Then my wife discovered my dormant account and hijacked it so she doesn't have to have one. Never on twitter.

But even though I shun social media I signed up for Parler last night. Just to try to pad their numbers. I want to see twitter hemorrhaging accounts while parler is suddenly growing like gangbusters.
