Rand Paul should not be the only one making a speech along these lines.
"A vote" is a cheap way out.
I also think the constitutionality argument dodges the issue - sham election.
I think the GOp should be dragging the country into rancor and vitriol over cheating.

It boggles my mind that when one has strong convictions, and history, ethics, and morality is on their side, the words do not need to be written, to be regurgitated later.
It should flow from within, effortlessly.

If, one of the old Democrat Senators were to die, which of the above listed RINO’s would volunteer to switch to the Democrat Caucus, to keep the Democrat Senate Majority and avoiding the GOP, taking back the Senate Majority on a temporary bases, before the dead one’s spot was officially refilled?
What he was saying was too important to flub like some doddering usurper puppet. I'd hope the other legislators would follow his example to seek righteousness and find their testicles (or ovaries).
They'd be surprised how that increases their standing among the voters - if they can let some of that hidden off-shore stuff go.
