Trump Running for Governor of New York 2022?
2/12/2021 | Nikos1121

The headlines today indicate that more and more is going to come out on Cuomo's Nursing Home fiasco.

He clearly was negligent, to the point that trial lawyers are going to organize multi billion law suits against the state.

Will be to Cuomo's interest to pay them out as quickly as possible. I don't think, he can avoid the fall out that will occur.

I'm wondering if our beloved president Donald Trump, might contemplate running for the office of New York Governor?

What do fellow readers here think about the prospect?

I think actually, Trump is probably very happy where he’s at right now.

I think time will reveal the wide spread corruption in the voting.

We should have taken the Senate and the House plus the presidency.

It was a thankless job for him. I imagine he’s enjoying watching Biden make an ass of himself and our country every day,.

How about:

Trump or a trusted associate runs for Governor of California, then somehow gets the state of California to secede, which has the double benefit of making the new Governor the head of government of the new country, and reducing the USA electoral vote advantage for the Democrats by 55 votes. Than return to mainland USA (still being a natural-born citizen) before the Constitutional limits, and run and win President again.

After Nixon’s unsuccessful run for president, he ran for governor of California, again unsuccessful. Six years later he was president.

Nah.

A governorship would be a great political stepping stone for someone younger, who has Presidential aspirations and plenty of time to fulfill them.

But President Trump is neither young enough, nor (probably) ambitious enough, to fool low that slow path to an office he has already held once and won twice.

In the unlikely event that President Trump gets back into politics, he would take a quicker route: easily win a Florida House seat, get elected Speaker, in time to run for POTUS in 2024.

It I bet he has had enough - he’ll support MAGA in other ways.

Why would he want to do that?
Why would he even want to run for President again?
So he can fight all alone again?
We need to learn to fight without him.
Hell, we need to actually fight instead of pretending social media blah blah in the name of Q or whatever is actually going to change anything.

Most folks who enter politics start at the bottom and work their way up. President Trump started at the top...so, governor, state senator, state assemblyman, local councilman then school board member should be doable by his 100th...

;^)

Qualifications of Governor and Lieutenant-Governor

Im surprised they haven’t dumped his taxes out already and subpoenaed him to the SDNY
If I was Trump I would never set foot in NY. Its definitely a trap waiting for him . . .
