History proves this is a lie. Low taxes grow the GDP. (Kennedy, Reagan, W, Trump. High taxes, massive government spending and regulation produced stagflation. (LBJ, Carter, Clinton, Obama)

The amazing thing is these people think corporations will stand still to be gutted and skinned. Corperations will buy a business verse as and move over there, businesses will keep overseas profits overseas etc. American workers will suffer not the corporations or heir CEO’s.

Your examples are all good except the Clinton one, George H.W. Bush demanded we read his lips as he lied about not raising taxes and then raised them, ending the Reagan boom overnight. Best example ever of the immediate and severe effect of tax hikes.
