They are. They cannot tell if they are sick or not because that is one of the features of the jabs. Reduction of symptoms. That is the only claim to fame because the jabs have not been properly tested. If it reduces symptoms then you do not know you are sick so will go out and mingle thus spreading whatever you have. If you are feeling sick you tend to stay home. It is even required now to stay home if you are not feeling well.
So yes, they are the superspreaders because they have been injected with the virus, oh, the spike protein instructions which produces the most deadly part of the virus.
