I practice in Maryland near DC. Monday I saw a 42 y/o woman (otherwise healthy) who had her second Pfizer vax in early May. She had congestion and thought sinusitis. Not really--she turned out to be Covid pos via PCR.

Interesting to note that she had bad reaction to second vax and was sick for 10 days.
