The beauty of weaponizing the weather is that it renders conventional nuclear shelters, worthless. We’ve read that the Chinese have developed thousands of miles of tunnels, stocked with supplies to withstand a nuclear strike for hundreds of millions. Whether that’s true or not, we can bet that they have built shelters for the 1000 or so head CCP elite, and those shelters would be underground, where water could be a real problem for them. Especially flood waters. Water is far more destructive than fire, in the long run.
No, I doubt their current technology, not bad their ill will.

But African Americans know that sickle cell anemia hits them harder than other ethnicities, they know that they can be targeted by Mother Nature.

Actually it is by error that mankind’s ethnicities / nations / tribes / peoples are addressed as “races”; human beings, created by God, are the human race. Or “mankind”.
There are nations of people, kingdoms, tribes and tongues that have come from the miraculous beginning DNA / RNA that came from Adam and Eve. Then, at the Tower of Babel, God said, “Let US (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) go down and confuse their language, so that they will not understand one another’s speech.”
According to the Bible, this was done to ensure that mankind followed God’s express direction to spread abroad the face of the whole earth and populate it, and to increase in number, ethnicities, people’s, tribes, nations, etc.
And it has happened exactly as The Word tells us.
And we are also as in the days of Noah, that such perverse wickedness and evil prevailed on the Earth, that God directed Noah to build the Ark to save Noah, his wife, his sons, and his sons’ wives with them. And not to forget all the numerous kinds of animal and even plant life (for food) as well.
The End Times are what we are in. The only way to be saved alive out of the End and the Tribulation galloping toward us is Salvation through Jesus Christ, who gave His Life that we can have true Life eternal in Him.
