It looked good enough that it motivated me to throw something similar together with what was on hand for lunch — sourdough (buttered on frying pan side), a dash of garlic powder, some Parmesan on the outside, a slice of Jack and a couple ounces of turkey on the inside with whole grain mustard. Fried it until the cheese melted and piping hot. That was really good!
