After actively antagonizing parents and conservatives, Disney is scrambling to recover the public's goodwill by canning CEO Bob Chapek and welcoming back former CEO Bob Iger.

Anyone who is actually paying attention (not this author obviously) knows that the active antagonizing came under Iger not Chapek. Chapek just wanted to make some money. Most of the kicking and screaming came from the Disney employees. Iger was the cram as much filth into everything man.

Disney’s major problem is they are full of perverts.

Too late. The pressure from the left to go down the road of wokeness is nothing compared to the howls of outrage if you try to reverse course after having gone down that road in the first place.

Disney will never reverse course because they couldn't stand to be accused of knuckling under to the right, and of being anti-LGBTQ. So...Disney's cooked.

Just let Disney rot on the vine. When the stock plummets far enough, maybe Elon Musk will buy it.

“Iger was the one who said, in a video summarized by Rufo, that “the company ‘should be taking a stand’ on political controversies and will no longer ‘shy away from politics’ in the future.” Iger has also spoken up about former President Trump’s withdrawal from the Paris climate accords, illegal immigration, and a Georgia law limiting abortion, as my colleague Emily Jashinsky pointed out. And that was all the way back in 2019. “

So... Nothing is going to change. Just rearranging chairs.

Granddaughter is coming to Christmas this year. A visit to mouseland is not on the schedule. Plenty of way better things to do in Orlando.

An effective way to clear out some of the filth would be to hole undercover stings like “To Catch a Predator” near their headquarters. There is only one reason why the gays are so intent on cramming down homosexuality on children. They are predators.

Disney is probably recruiting fired Twitter employees.

Getting Iger is like swapping out one cog in a disgusting machine for another cog. Don’t expect any change. Disney is now in the business of promoting perversion, so don’t expect that to change.

Interesting.
Iger resigned IMMEDIATELY in late January 2020 as Covid-19 was becoming obvious. He seemed to realize that covid would seriously affect the price of his shares and wanted to lock in at the price on that date.
In fact, I recall that a lot of high level CEOs resigned effective immediately during that period.
