Some in the comments say she shot into the air. Not too smart. Homey may have tripped over his pants. No. She shot him then the gun kicked up. He had to have been hit.
Hope she melted into the crowd.
She's also lucky the cops didn't see her walking away with the gun in her hand.

The shot missed the perp...I don’t know if she was aiming at him, or if it was a negligent discharge. The cops found her, later. She was indicted on 2 nd degree felony deadly conduct charge.
She had no CCW, and had retrieved the pistol from her car. She really should have left it there. She doesn’t seem to have a clue.
