Please clarify -- do you mean you think that you recall reading that she thought she envisioned angels? As opposed to you thinking that actual angels of God would do such a thing?

I think you’re correct. That and her attorney is beyond excellent and would not have taken the case if he wasn’t certain he’d win. There are no winners here. Nothing will bring those kids back and no prison could be worse than the one she’s already in. Not guilty by reason of insanity. Then all eyes will turn to the doctors.

That happened to me after a heart attack and they implanted 5 stents. The doc sent me home on 3 different BP meds. I stood up to go to the dinner table, passed out and fell face first into the refrigerator. We thought I’d had another heart attack, but it was just my BP bottomed out from too much medicine. More evidence doctors don’t know everything.

Atrocities such as this will continue to increase here and around the world until criminal justice statutes require felony trials to be conducted within 30 days of the apprehension of a suspect, and upon conviction IMMEDIATE execution, method to be selected by the condemned, or if necessary by the judge or the jury!

I wonder if she had these problems before with the first child, but still kept having children like Andrea Yates. And like Andrea Yates, she waited till she was alone with the children,(with her broken mind) killed them, but failed at herself. I’ve had PPD, but never thought of murder. Not just baby blues, but months of not being good enough, ovarian cysts, and got help from my doctor. She’ll probably get a cushy mental hospital, instead of the prison ward for the criminally insane, like Yates was before the women’s groups put pressure for a retrial. I don’t care what happens to this woman knowing what those children went through. FH.

I noticed every time Yates would be with her attorneys she would be smiling and talking with her attorneys. And then when she would face a judge she would act like she was mildly catatonic and slightly retarded.

Yep, the sheriff said she was acting normally, playing board games, and mingling in the rec room. That attorney of hers is a real POS. He represented a woman who stabbed to of her children to death to get back at her husband. Her daughter asked her, “Do you want me to die?” She said, “Yes, die!”. He thought he would have another circus and televised trial to promote himself, telling jokes in the morning before trial, but that didn’t happen here in Louisiana. She’s in prison for life.
So do I. I remember something about her husband having an affair, but after investigating his computer found nothing. Another real weirdo. That case really upset me. Her oldest fought for his life and was the same age as my son back then. He told her, “I’m sorry”, when he could manage to get a word in. No sympathy for any of these women. Zero.
