Let's not kid ourselves, people like this except straight existed a long time ago, it's been said that there were "key parties" in the '70s where everyone put their room key in a bowl and you drew randomly from it for hook ups. And even if this is urban legend there's no doubt there were swingers who had multiple partners with their spouses consent.
The biggest difference is that even sexaholic kinky straight people know that sexual stuff is simply not appropriate for discussion with kids. Gays, on the other hand, are obsessed with getting access to kids and sexualizing them from the youngest age possible. Witness drag queen story hours and drag queen striptease shows for kids, it's a gimmick that they've found suburban moms allow in spite of the explicit sexuality on display. Getting to kids and taking sex, sex, sex is very important to them clearly. You can speculate on why sexualizing children is so important to them (I have some thoughts on the matter) but it clearly is their top priority. So of course for them talking about sex is never inappropriate when talking to kids because taking about sex to kids is the point, it's why they are there.
