To be clear, you didn’t answer the question. You can reference Burke all you’d like. The fact seems to be that you’d be in favor of lowering (or eliminating) the age of consent in boys. You can justify it using whichever philosopher you’d like.

The age of consent WAS low, and legal consequences for sex (by women) to boys was nil - unless it was a matter of adultery or prostitution, which were separate matters. Normal sex outside of marriage was a sin, not a crime. Girls were another case entirely. This is not justified by any philosopher, but was justified by tradition.
You need to understand tradition, what it is, where it comes from. One cannot be a conservative without it, full stop. Burke is a good start. He explained tradition. He is our ideological grandpa.
You need to know yourself well, to understand what you believe and why you believe it, and where it all fits in the grand scheme of things, else you will just thrash about.

And the other problem is the state of Pennsylvania itself. When that faggot football coach and his head coach who enabled his perversions finally got caught and jailed, the state instituted laws that punish every single adult who works with children in any capacity. The adults are guilty until proven innocent and must undergo multiple background checks, often at their own expense.
I volunteer with a national youth organization. Our cost for Pennsylvania background check clearance is multiple times higher than any other state. And idiots like the slut coach guarantee that the policy will continue.

its societal law and well founded, but in my area anyway, girls were outcasted if they havent lost their virginity by 16 due to peer pressure. and once that happens, when they want it, they want it so there will always be these cases where consent laws are disregarded.
