https://www.pravda.com.ua/eng/news/2023/05/7/7401022/

Throughout 6 May, defence forces of Ukraine repelled more than 50 Russian attacks on four fronts.

SOURCE: General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, information as of 06:00 on 7 May

QUOTE: “Over the course of the past 24 hours, the enemy launched six missile strikes, particularly on the cities of Chasiv Yar, Kostiantynivka, and Kherson. Apart from that, [Russian forces] carried out 48 airstrikes and launched 77 attacks on our positions and the settlements using multiple-launch rocket systems. Houses and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged, there are affected [civilians].

The enemy continues to focus their main efforts on the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Marinka fronts. The toughest battles continue for Bakhmut and Marinka. During the past day, the enemy launched approximately 50 attacks.”

DETAILS: There is no evidence that Russia is forming offensive units on the Volyn and Polissia fronts. Training of personnel of the Russian territorial forces continues at training grounds in the Republic of Belarus.

On the Lyman front, Russians conducted offensive operations near Bilohorivka and Spirne, but they failed. Makiivka and Nevske in Luhansk Oblast, as well as Bilohorivka and Spirne in Donetsk Oblast came under artillery fire.

On the Bakhmut front, Russian forces are continuing to carry out offensive operations. Fighting for the city of Bakhmut continues. Over the course of the past 24 hours, the Russians made unsuccessful attempts to advance in Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Predtechyne and New-York. Vesele, Minkivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Markove, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Chasiv Yar, Kostiantynivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pivdenne, Toretsk, Pivnichne and New-York in Donetsk Oblast came under Russian fire.

Russian forces did not undertake offensive operations on the Avdiivka front, but shelled Berdychi, Avdiivka, Sieverne, Karlivka, Netailove and Pervomaiske in Donetsk Oblast.

On the Marinka front, Ukraine’s defence forces repelled numerous Russian assaults near Marinka. Herohiivka and Pobieda in Donetsk Oblast came under Russian fire.

Russian forces did not undertake any offensive operations on the Shakhtarsk front, but shelled Vodiane, Vuhledar, Prechystivka and Zolota Nyva in Donetsk Oblast.

Any kind of support, which comes in many different flavors, like Zelensky is evil and Biden is evil and we’re spending too much for a country that is not in our best interests and we have no business being there, etc. Zelensky and Biden may be evil and do not deserve to be in power, but, uttering those words is not helpful to our side and may actually encourage the enemy.

Ukraine may not be adjacent to us, but, it’s still very important to keep Russia from becoming more emboldened. We cannot do anything that gives hope to Putin and Russia.

The propaganda posted by this bot is a joke. It’s no better than propagandist from the other side. People are looking for real information on this war but they have to wade through mountains of bullshit propaganda. Posters like this actually turn people against Ukraine.

You are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!

During 1933 to 1939 Hitler increasingly aggressive acts, while violating the terms of the Treaty of Versailles.

We must learn from history and not allow Putin to repeat this evil history.

I don’t know where you can find legitimate info on the war. I look at the history of the area, the relative potential of forces that could be committed and the fact that it continues to rage. To me, that adds up to stalemated quagmire. This is what I’ve been saying since NATO committed. I don’t see how either side’s propagandists can dispute that assertion.

With Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, frequent fires in Russia are making the Kremlin nervous. The flame of war has reached Russia’s territory beyond the occupied territories. The occupying Russian authorities who start the day with news of a new fire almost every day are surrounded by flames. The flames of the fires, most of which have no known cause of origin and usually occur in the evening, continue to illuminate Russia.

Putin and his supporters who thought that Ukraine was an easy target, now admit that they are struggling against Ukraine. In addition to the losses on the frontline, a series of events are taking place on Russian soil that are having a negative impact on the Russian occupiers.

Fires are at the top of the list of incidents that occur in Russia and make the occupiers uneasy. When we carefully examine the fires that occur in Russia and whose cause is not determined, it is understood that these fires are undoubtedly related to the war, so much so that the number of fires in Russia has increased significantly since the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The fact that the fires usually occur in places such as military training centers, factories producing explosives and weapons and ammunition depots confirms these fires of unknown origin are related to the ongoing war.

A new one was added to these fires the other day. A fire broke out at a Russian arms and missile factory in Perm, Russia. This factory was the only one in Russia producing multiple launch rocket systems that can launch missiles over long distances.

The factory, which produced weapons and missiles for the Russian army to use in the invasion of Ukraine, was on the sanctions list of the European Union. Let’s examine the details of the fire at the Russian arms and missile manufacturer Pjsc Motovilikha facilities together as the anchor Taylor news team, we continue to report on the fires in russia. The cause of which has not been determined in full detail.

DETAILS: The fire at the Arms and Missile factory in the city of Perm first came to the agenda with the news published in a newspaper owned by Russian oligarchs. The news in the newspaper referred to the statement of the Russian Emergencies Ministry. According to a fire broke out in a transformer center of Pjsc Motovilikha plant in Perm around 8 p.m. local time. The Ministry of Emergency Situations dispatched teams to the area to extinguish the fire, which spread over an area of about ten square meters.

After the fire was brought under control, the press office of Pjsc Motovilikha Utilities made a statement in a statement to a Russian newspaper that has been published since the Soviet Union. The office official said today a fire broke out at the substation on the territory of the Enterprise. The fire was quickly brought under control by specialists from the Ministry of Emergency Situations who arrived on the scene.

Name one “love of Russian” thing I’ve said. I just disagree with you and your woke pervo globalist masters. Man, you are dense.

That’s one of their leftist tactics. I think they learn it in troll school. They all pretty much claim that if you don’t worship the ground Zelensky dances on and don’t want your hard-earned money going to his and Biden’s money-laundering operation over there, then you “support Russia.” It’s incredibly stupid, but that’s what we have polluting this site now.

I’m done wasting time with your blind, Hillary Russia, Russia, Russia deliriums.

That’s the best approach. I say what I came to say and then maybe even play with them for a minute, but then I extricate myself from their twisted, circular nonsense when it becomes tiresome.

Trying to have a rational discussion with a liberal is an exercise in futility, but your thoughts here are appreciated by your fellow conservatives.

Update on the conflict in Ukraine for May 8, 2023…

- Russia adds FAB-250 bombs to its arsenal of precision-guided glide bombs. More FAB-250s can be carried per sourtie and can glide up to 80km, twice the distance as the current, larger glide bombs Russia is using;

- Ukraine shot down one of its Turkish-built Bayraktar TB-2 drones over Kiev after allegedly losing control of it;

- Ukraine’s Air Force spokesman denied claims that Ukrainian air defense forces downed a Russian hypersonic Kinzhal missile. Despite denying the incident, the Western media continues writing articles about the “downing” of the missile;

- PMC Wagner has nearly total control over the Donbass city of Bakhmut. Wagner head Prigozhin has aired differences with the Russian Ministry of Defense publicly in a manner inconsistent with military protocol and discipline

- Russian commanders have said that after weathering the Ukrainian offensive, they will continue grinding down Ukrainian troops in the same incremental manner they have been throughout the special military operation;

- CNN admits Ukrainian HIMARS are being jammed by Russian electronic warfare, diminishing their effectiveness on the battlefield;

- The EU’s plan to produce “1 million” 155mm artillery rounds per year is still under discussion, when implemented it may take several years to reach the desired output similar to US efforts to expand shell production;

IMO, Brian Berletic (aka Tony Cartalucci), et al, definitely does not use a balanced geopolitics perspective to the point his commentary appears to be active disinformation.

Anyhow, it is Berletic’s way to make a living: Activist Post, New Eastern Outlook, RUSSIA INSIDER, United Pushback, The Daily Sheeple, 21st Century Wire and Global Research .

It is your prerogative to select your own sources for information... as is mine.

What unbalanced about his reporting? Other than the fact you don't like what he has to say?

Again, you can't refute him, Larry Johnson, Col. Douglas Macgregor, Clayton Morris, Alex Christoforou or Alexander Mercouris. All you can do is launch personal attacks.

If one can't refute the points made by a source, one is losing the debate. And, you're losing worldwide just like Ukraine is losing on the battlefield.

Has anyone here ever figured out why Youcrayne has had a serious Nazi problem since WWII? Ever wonder why some of the most notorious, and vicious Nazi concentration camp guards were Youcraynian? Well, here you go!

Enthusiastic Youcraynian support for Nazis in WWII

Youcraynian Concentration Guards Were Worse Than SS

Youcraynians March In Support Of Their Nazi Hero! Slavo Youcrayney!

Ivan The Terrible, Youcraynian Torturer and Murderer Of Jews At Treblinka

It has been said many times that Youcraynians were among the most enthusiastic and strident murderers and torturers of Jews in Hitler's concentration camp system, garnering reputations - along with the Lithuanian guards - as sadistic torturers and psychopathic murderers who did things to prisoners that were as horribly, and often worse, than those done by the German SS. Modern Youcrayne's love affair with Nazism, including the formation of its infamous Azov Battalion, is a direct offshoot of that. Slavo Youcrayney!

Pray for all the innocent men, women and children murdered by Youcraynian Nazis in WWII.

Never Forget!

Pray For Youcrayne To Be Purged Of Nazis, Once And For All!

UKRAINE HISTORY SUMMATION

“The surprise German invasion of the U.S.S.R. began on June 22, 1941. The Soviets, during their hasty retreat, shot their political prisoners and, whenever possible, evacuated personnel, dismantled and removed industrial plants, and conducted a scorched-earth policy—blowing up buildings and installations, destroying crops and food reserves, and flooding mines. Almost four million people were evacuated east of the Urals for the duration of the war. The Germans moved swiftly, however, and by the end of November VIRTUALLY ALL OF UKRAINE WAS UNDER NAZI CONTROL.

https://www.britannica.com/place/Ukraine/The-Nazi-occupation-of-Soviet-Ukraine

Initially, the Germans were greeted as liberators by SOME of the Ukrainian populace. In Galicia especially, there had long been a widespread belief that Germany, as the avowed enemy of Poland and the U.S.S.R., was the Ukrainians’ natural ally for the attainment of their independence.
The illusion was quickly shattered.

In the occupied territories, the Nazis sought to implement their “racial” policies. In the fall of 1941 began the mass killings of Jews that continued through 1944. An estimated 1.5 million Ukrainian Jews perished, and over 800,000 were displaced to the east; at Baby Yar (Ukrainian: Babyn Yar) in Kyiv, nearly 34,000 were killed in just the first two days of massacre in the city. [See also Holocaust: The Einsatzgruppen.]

In the Reichskommissariat, ruthlessly administered by Erich Koch, Ukrainians were slated for servitude. The collective farms, whose dissolution was the fervent hope of the peasantry, were left intact, industry was allowed to deteriorate, and the cities were deprived of foodstuffs as all available resources were directed to support the German war effort. Some 2.2 million people were taken from Ukraine to Germany as slave labourers (Ostarbeiter, or “eastern workers”). Cultural activities were repressed, and education was limited to the elementary level.

Under such conditions of brutality, Ukrainian political activity, predicated originally on cooperation with the Germans, increasingly turned to underground organizational work and resistance. The OUN groups that streamed eastward in 1941 were soon subjected by the German authorities to repressive measures, including execution, so they propagated their nationalist views clandestinely and, through their contact with the local population, began to revise their ideology in a more democratic, pluralist direction.”

MORE HISTORY
Ukraine rates the 4th in the number of people recognized as “RIGHTEOUES AMONG THE NATIONS” for saving Jews during the Holocaust.

The history of the Jews in Ukraine goes back over a thousand years. Jewish communities have existed in the territory of Ukraine from the time of the Kievan Rus’ (late 9th to mid-13th century). SOME OF THE MOST IMPORTANT JEWISH RELIGIOUS AND CULTURAL MOVEMENT, from HASIDISM to ZIONISM, rose either fully or to an extensive degree in the territory of modern UKRAINE. According to the World Jewish Congress, the Jewish community in Ukraine constitutes the third-largest in Europe and the fifth-largest in the world.

In the UKRAINIAN PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC (1917-1920), YIDDISH was declared a state language, along with Ukrainian and Russian. At that time, the JEWISH NATIONAL UNION was created and the community was granted an autonomous status. YIDDISH was used on UKRAINIAN CURRENCY in this same period, between 1917 and 1920. Before World War II, slightly less than ONE-THIRD of Ukraine’s urban population consisted of Jews; they were the largest national minority in Ukraine.

Total civilian losses during World War II and the German occupation of Ukraine are estimated at seven million. More than one million Jews were shot and killed by the Einsatzgruppen [paramilitary death squads of Nazi Germany that were responsible for mass-murder, primarily by shooting, during World War II (1939–1945) in German-occupied Europe.]

As ordered by Nazi leader Adolf Hitler, the Wehrmacht cooperated with the Einsatzgruppen, providing logistical support for their operations, and participated in the mass murders. Historian Raul Hilberg estimates that between 1941 and 1945 the Einsatzgruppen, related agencies, and foreign auxiliary personnel murdered more than two million people, including 1.3 million of the 5.5 to 6 million Jews murdered during the Holocaust.

After the close of World War II, 24 senior leaders of the Einsatzgruppen were prosecuted in the Einsatzgruppen trial in 1947–48, charged with crimes against humanity and war crimes.
