The Planned Parenthood abortion business is closing three center in Iowa at a time when the huge abortion chain is laying off workers nationwide.
The abortion company may be closing three Iowa facilities but that doesn’t mean it’s retracting its abortion agenda. The closings mean Planned Parenthood will be killing even more babies at the other six locations throughout the Midwestern state.
According to a local news report:
Clinics in Cedar Falls, Council Bluffs, and the south side of Des Moines will be closed, with staff and services moving to other locations. Planned Parenthood officials say it’s a response to staffing shortages and increased costs.
They’re working to expand abortion services in Ames, Iowa City, Omaha, Cedar Rapids and at the Des Moines clinic near Drake University.
Stilwell said the south Des Moines and Council Bluffs locations won’t close until the Ames and Omaha clinics are ready to take on more patients.
The Cedar Falls clinic has already closed because of staffing shortages.
The good news is Planned Parenthood is killing fewer babies in abortions because of a pro-life law helping women find abortion alternatives and informing women of abortion risks 24 hours prior to the abortion.
“Since the fall of Roe almost a year ago, we’ve seen a 13% decrease in abortions in Iowa by Planned Parenthood because of a mandated, medically unnecessary 24 hour waiting period that went into effect last year, as well as staffing shortages in our health centers that provide abortion,” Traxler said.
Planned Parenthood abortion business is laying off 15% of its staff nationwide as more states pass laws protecting babies from abortion, according to the aboriton chain earlier this month.
Planned Parenthood officials say they’re preparing to restructure the organization’s national office and lay off dozens of staff members. About 80 people are expected to be let go as Planned Parenthood cuts employees to tighten its belt as it makes less money from killing babies.
America’s biggest abortion business says it’s going to focus more on helping its local affiliates and more on telehealth – which likely means pushing the dangerous abortion pill. It plans to spend $70 million expanding its 49 affiliates and to “build a powerful movement for abortion access at the local and state level.”
The abortion giant will also start a new initiative to further Margaret Sanger’s goals by promoting abortion more to black women.
Meanwhile, Iowa is going to have to pass a new law protecting babies from abortions after the Iowa Supreme Court blocked the current law. It articulate a way a new law could be found constitutional so there’s hope unborn children will eventually be protected.
DEO GRATIAS!
How can this be ! I was told murder is only a small fraction of the womens’ “health services” they provide. s/
You know if they actually did the mammograms they said they were doing they would still be in business.
How can thos be? We have been told PP provides all sorts of “healthcare.” Would not “vital healthcare” keep their doors open? Or are we being lied to about the fact they are just baby killing factories?
Now if only more locations nationwide would close!
PP has been lying to us right FRom the Get-Go!
After all, they are LIEberals, you know!
And, LIEberals LIE!
