A college student was given three years probation for stabbing her blind date at a Las Vegas-area hotel in retaliation for a deadly US drone strike that targeted an Iranian commander.
Nika Nikoubin, 23, was indicted on attempted murder and other charges for stabbing her Plenty of Fish dating app partner, Daniel Trevino, in the neck while they had sex in a hotel room in March 2022.
She pleaded guilty to two counts of false imprisonment with the use of a deadly weapon. Judge Carli Kierny cited Nikoubin’s mental health struggles as a reason that she was offered probation in Texas, 8 News Now reported. The young woman suffered from severe depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Sentence (probation) will be served in her home state, Texas.
If she is convicted in Nevada, why should she be allowed to got to Texas?

How does a state crime get prosecuted and sentenced in an entirely different state from where it was committed?
Well everyone knows if you’re stabbed by a minor, a woman, or a crazy person it doesn’t really hurt you like it would as if you were stabbed by a maga Republican.
