Sorry, that won’t work for my family.

We roadtrip. It is not uncommon that we travel 600 miles in a day at the start of our adventures.

That “straight blast through” becomes 2 days with an EV.

And no, I can’t warm to the idea of getting stuck in Monument Valley because we couldn’t find a charging station in time.

I’ll keep my gas guzzler...and I’m a woman!

If my husband brought home an EV, I would check the trash for his body. A pod-person or doppelganger obviously took his place.

My wife and I were discussing that on our last roadtrip. Just for kicks and to check off a few more states, we road tripped from Maryland to Wyoming a couple months ago.

4500 miles over 9 days. No way we could pull that off with a coal powered battery car.

In the next few weeks, for my job I’ll be driving and pulling a trailer to Orlando, Maine and Wichita, Kansas. All separate trips.

Yea, I’m gonna stop for a couple hours every 75 miles. Dream on lefty’s
