HIV came from a type of virus in chimpanzees called the simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV). It likely spread to humans after they came into contact with the blood carrying the infection after hunting chimpanzees for food.

It sounds like the beginning of a story. Please continue.
Read my posts, and they say that I don’t like to see someone pushing a leftist agenda here at FR, why are you supporting a liberal who works in as much gay agenda as he can into FR?
Quit attacking conservatives and learn to be more tolerant of conservatism.
LOL, anyway, as the night went on and we had a few drinks....
The only reasonable response was by me.
Thank you red, all I did was post was an article about the origin of aids.
Don’t deny that you work in a lot of threads trying to promote your homosexual agenda.
Your thread posting history is very bizarre and unconservative, leaning toward conditioning freepers.
Here is an example of a strange thread to post, at least until someone notices your pattern.

Dear God, and the Queen of England had problems with stalkers like you.
Wow, you really are weird.
“It was not cooked up in a lab“
This statement is unreasonable. Because it’s based entirely on trusting the establishment in the absence of empirical observation.
How is it possible not to consider a lab origin of HIV, given what we’ve seen in the past four years?
The only reason to reject the possibility is that you trust the established narrative, which was created more than forty years ago by Mr. Anthony Fauci.
Before anyone knew he was a genocidal maniac.

Thanks for that.
The Mongols were ancestors of the Khazarians, who in turn were ancestors of the same cabal now trying to run the world.
“...the same cabal now trying to run the world.”
I find that statement humorous. With so many countries trying to run the world now the azz end of the line is somewhere in the Bearing Sea.

I used the word “trying” not because the cabal isn’t in fact running much of the world, but because they’re slipping badly from the position they held prior to Trump’s first election.
They’ve been running the world through the central banking system as well as by controlling key leaders through bribery and blackmail. Another core strategy is using military and intelligence agencies to install presidents and prime ministers. Most people would be in shock to learn the multitudes of current and past world presidents who’ve been put in place by the cabal through election meddling and other means.
Because I think he is a conservative. So long as nothing is being forced legislatively or through woke political correctness & remains a private matter, I could care less what sort of sexual behavior one practices- presuming its between 2 consenting adults. I won’t redefine marriage or my basic traditional moral code, but I can also say without any hesitation whatever- I don’t care to involve myself in something so deeply private. I care about conservatism- that’s why I am at Free Republic! I care about us winning elections and triumphing politically, morally & economically. Winning politics is about addition, not subtraction. The person you are criticizing appears to be a conservative supporting conservative ideals. Too many on our side- like you- appear more concerned with fighting other conservatives instead of the crazy leftists threatening our freedoms! Yall need a reality check 🙄
My only interest is in his politics, and he promotes a lot of liberalism and gay power here.
Post 67 has a thread where his motives leak out in a couple of posts, even if someone couldn’t figure it out by the thread topic and source itself.
“they’re slipping badly from the position they held prior to Trump’s first election”
One of the main reasons they are so adamant about shutting out Trump is he is a challenge to them in more than just the straight up political interpretation of control. Another area is the US fed reserve. The quiet ones are making a lot of noise about the SCOTUS openings and will try to do something about that prior to the 2024, but they are scared to death on how Trump can outrun them and change the board of governors and gain control of the targeting rates and money supply to put the lightening back into the hands of the people. A little warm fuzzy is appreciated by the folks and can set the stage for a conservative run at any of the big three: house, senate or POTUS. He can set up a pitched shutout.

The DNA plasmids were purchased with the kanamycin insert, then updated with the SV40 promoter and spike protein sequence. The plasmid transfects an E.coli that replicates the plasmid and translates mRNA off the plasmid. Kanamycin is added to kill all the unsuccessfully transfected E. coli. A fresh batch of 100% transfected E. coli is grown. Part of the plasmid include a "poly A" tail on the mRNA. A magnetic reagent is added along with detergent to destroy the E. coli cell wall. The reagent has a poly-U structure to adhere to the poly-A. A magnet grabs all of the attached mRNA and the rest is supposed to be flushed away. A different buffer is added to release the mRNA with poly-A from the poly-U reagent. The reagent stays with the magnet for re-use. The mRNA is collected. At this stage a DNAase is supposed to be added to wipe out any remaining plasmid DNA. It was done incorrectly and lots of the plasmid DNA remained. The DNA and mRNA is then subjected to a multi step process to encapsulate in a lipid nano particle. The process wrapped both the intended mRNA and the DNA plasmid precursor. The LNP wrapping provided the dsDNA plasmid with access to transfect other cells in the target host.
If you have interest in finer details from people who did the actual lab work, see Kevin McKernan for plasmid details and Christie Laura Grace for the lipid encapsulation details. Both are available on X/Twitter.
1980 was very different than 2020.
Why do you think HIV came from a lab?
