A few years back, Neon Revolt, who did analysis/commentary on the Q drops, mentioned the Payseur family, who apparently are at least one level of richness/influence above the Rothschild, etc.

You totally jogged my memory, for whatever good it did, for I still find these murky waters too tough to navigate!
