Could you sue the beta blocker doc for lying?
That was about 30 years ago. Perhaps I should have sued; I have never sued a doctor or medical facility, although there have been some questionable incidents. Doctors can make mistakes and if they aren't too serious I say let it go. Definitely telling a lie is serious and the consequences should be punitive.
In fairness I would have had to prove that I might have lost control of the vehicle. Since nothing happened I was just ecstatically happy to get away from that idiot. 🤷♂️
