For virus take sublingual Zicam lozenges about four times a day. For persistent cough / raw throat take mullien tea once or twice daily.

No active virus since spring, I’ve used quercetin and zinc for viruses, esp the first time I had covid. I’ve read about mullein and I remember our discussion, but never used it. I have used coltsfoot for vicious cough, worked well. Currently I don’t have active virus or cough, just junk in lungs that is very persistent.
