BTW for anyone who read last night, I posted that DH’s heart was doing funny. I researched, found that low magnesium can cause arrythmia, I have some, he took it, and in a short time, it resolved.

Sometimes magnesium does not work well with my digestive system.
I use a magnesium spray on the bottom of my feet.
